ABOUT SEACREW

Seacrew is a professional crew management company that has been established and operating from Cyprus since 2007. We offer tailor-made crewing solutions to ship owners operating in the offshore, the inland shipping and the maritime transport sectors.

We man our clients’ ships with the right crew at the right price and undertake completely the administrative and operational burden associated with crew management, enabling our clients to focus exclusively on their core business.

Offshore

Offshore has been our core activity from the first day we started our business. We provide our clients with skilled marine crew and Dynamic Positioning Offices (DPO) for almost all types of offshore vessels from Eastern Europe, the Philippines, Indonesia and Ghana which we recruit directly ourselves or through our network of local manning agents.

Inland shipping

We provide our clients with properly qualified and experienced EU crew for the positions of Decksmann, Matrose and Stuermann. The crew are employed by our company under Cyprus law and are subject to social insurance in compliance with EU regulation (EC) No 883/2004. We offer our crew excellent employment terms in accordance with minimum salary levels applicable in the country of the ship’s operator.

Maritime transport

We have long experience in the crew management of bulk carriers, coasters, Ro-Ros, containers, oil and chemical tankers trading worldwide. The combination of Eastern European Officers and Asian ratings has proved to be a successful manning model however we can provide any nationality of crew that the client requires.

JOBS

Seagoing Jobs

Minimum qualifications:

  • Hold all required training certificates in accordance with STCW.
  • Have at least 12 months working experience in the rank applied.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Initiative, motivated and hard-working.

River Jobs

Minimum qualifications:

  • EU nationality

  • Have one of the following qualifications stated in the “Schifferdienstbuch”: Decksmann, Matrose, Steuermann

  • Good knowledge of English/German language

  • Initiative, motivated and hard-working
